At Amar Akbar Anthony Ayurveda, customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities. However, to maintain fairness and compliance with our business model and quality standards, the following Buyback & Refund Policy applies to all distributors and customers.
1. General Policy
All Ayurvedic products distributed by Amar Akbar Anthony Ayurveda are sourced from authorized, GMP-certified manufacturers and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Once sold, products can be returned or refunded only under specific conditions, as described below.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refund or replacement will be provided in the following cases: Marketing Payment Released: If the company has already paid marketing or commission income to the distributor against the product sale, the product becomes non-returnable and
non-refundable. Product Opened or Damaged: Any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or physically damaged by the user cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Improper Usage of Product: If a user has not followed the recommended instructions for using the Ayurvedic herbs or medicines, or if the expected results vary due to body type, diet, or lifestyle differences, no refund or compensation will be applicable. Ayurvedic products work differently for each individual and require consistent and proper usage.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund or replacement may be considered only if: The product was received in a damaged or defective condition at the time of delivery. The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery, with proof such as a photo or video of the damaged product. The product is in unused and sealed condition. In such cases, the company may issue a replacement product or credit note, as per internal approval.
4. Distributor Responsibility
Distributors are responsible for explaining the usage instructions, benefits, and limitations of Ayurvedic products to consumers before sale. No claim will be accepted for mismatched expectations, delayed results, or non-compliance with usage guidelines.
5. Company Rights
The company reserves the full right to: Accept or reject any return or refund request. Modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. All decisions taken by Amar Akbar Anthony Ayurveda Management shall be final and binding.
6. Declaration
By purchasing or distributing our products, the customer/distributor acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this Buyback & Refund Policy.
