These Terms and Conditions are designed to establish a transparent, fair, and respectful relationship between our company, our distributors, and our valued customers.By engaging with our products, services, or distribution network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms. Our goal is to ensure clarity, mutual trust, and a seamless experience for everyone associated with Amar Akbar Anthony Ayurveda Kendra.
1. Introduction and Legal Recognition
Amar Akbar Anthony Ayurveda Kendra or also called Amar Akbar Anthony Ayurveda is a registered marketing and distribution company engaged in promoting Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products through a direct selling model. The company operates under the guiding principle of ethical marketing, customer satisfaction, and fair opportunity for all its distributors and partners. These Terms and Conditions outline the rights, duties, responsibilities, and rules that govern the relationship between the company, its distributors, franchises, and customers. By joining or using the company’s platform, each individual agrees to abide by these terms.
The purpose of this document is to maintain transparency, build trust, and ensure smooth and lawful operation of all business activities conducted under Amar Akbar Anthony Ayurveda Kendra.
2. Definitions and Key Terms
Distributor: Any person who registers with the company to promote and sell its products, earning commissions or incentives through direct and team sales(also called user).
Distributor ID: A unique login ID and password issued to every distributor to track personal sales, income, and team progress.
Red ID: An inactive user account where payment is not yet received or verified.
Green ID: A fully active account eligible for commission and business growth.
Sponsor ID: A distributor’s ID used to introduce and register new members under the business network.
Franchise: A physical outlet or shop authorized to store and sell company products locally.
Franchise ID: Login credentials for managing stock, sales, orders, and distributor activations.
C&F (Carrying and Forwarding Agent): A primary storage hub for large-scale distribution.
CEFO: A bigger unit managing a cluster of franchises.
Product: Ayurvedic and herbal medicines or wellness goods manufactured by licensed GMP-approved producers.
Model: Direct selling and network-based marketing.
3. Joining and Activation Policy
To become a distributor, one must register by paying ₹2500. This payment provides ₹3750 worth of Ayurvedic products along with full system access.
After successful payment and verification, the distributor ID becomes Green (active). Until payment is confirmed, it remains Red (inactive).
A Green ID distributor may sponsor new members using their ID and grow their business network. The sponsor is responsible for proper guidance of their downline members.
Every member is required to provide accurate personal details such as PAN, bank account, and address proof for verification and income processing.
4. Distributor Responsibilities
Distributors must act ethically, follow legal and company norms, and never mislead customers.
They shall not make any false medical or therapeutic claims regarding the company’s products.
They must use only company-provided marketing materials and avoid modifying or reproducing them without authorization.
Distributors must keep their login credentials secure and are solely responsible for actions performed under their ID.
Engaging in spam, false promises, or misuse of brand name may result in suspension or termination.
5. Income and Payout Policy
The company offers three major income types:
1. Star Plan Income
2. Gold Plan Income
3. Award and Reward Income
In the Star Plan, whenever one distributor adds two new users (one on the left and one on the right), income is generated. When a distributor achieves 10 star incomes, they are promoted to Gold status. During this promotion, four incomes are deducted for Gold activation.
In the Gold Plan, whenever two Gold distributors are added (one on each side), the upper distributor earns Gold Income. A maximum of ten Gold incomes are generated in 12 hours per user.
Admin charges of 5% and TDS of 2% (as per government policy) are deducted from every payout. Only one income cycle is valid per 12-hour period. Payments are processed after company verification and system update.
6. Franchise Terms
A franchise is an authorized seller who stocks and distributes products locally to distributors.
Franchises are eligible for commission and special offers on purchase.
They also assist in activating new distributor IDs and issuing invoices through the official billing system.
All sales from franchises are to be recorded in the company software for transparency.
Franchise owners are responsible for maintaining accurate records and following company storage and packaging standards.
7. Awards and Rewards Policy
Distributors are recognized for outstanding performance through various rewards. The rewards depend on achieving specific milestones in the network.
Bronze: 10x10 Golds — Company T-shirt, Cap, and Folder.
Gold Star: 25x25 Golds — Jaisalmer Trip.
Platinum: 75x75 Golds — Goa Trip.
Emerald: 120x120 Golds — Laptop.
Topaz: 275x275 Golds — International Tour (visa/passport responsibility lies with the user).
Ruby: 650x650 Golds — Royal Enfield Bike.
Sapphire: 1350x1350 Golds — Jewellery worth ₹3.5 lakh.
Star Sapphire: 2550x2550 Golds — Tata Tiago Car.
Diamond: 5500x5500 Golds — Mahindra Thar.
Blue Diamond: 10,000x10,000 Golds — 3BHK Flat (worth ₹20 lakh).
Ambassador: 20,000x20,000 Golds — Audi Q3 (within company budget).
If the user refuses to take the reward, they can receive an equivalent monetary amount after deduction of applicable charges. If the cost of a chosen reward exceeds the company’s fixed budget, the user shall pay the difference.
Additionally:
Blue Diamond achievers receive 1% of Company Turnover (CTO).
Ambassador achievers receive an additional 0.5% of CTO.
Company only give fixed Maximum amount of Company Turn Over (CTO) %
8. Performance and Promotion Rules
Promotions are based strictly on network performance and ethical practices.
Inactive IDs, unethical promotion, or misleading claims may cause temporary or permanent disqualification.
Rank promotions (Star → Gold → Platinum → etc.) depend on system validation and company audit.
The company reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any claim based on documentation and data integrity.
9. Refund and Buyback Policy
Products once sold are not refundable or replaceable if:
The product is opened or damaged by the user.
The distributor has already earned income from sales.
The user fails to consume or use the product correctly.
Ayurvedic products act differently depending on an individual’s body condition and proper usage; results are not guaranteed.
10. Data Privacy and Security Policy
User data, including PAN, bank details, Aadhaar, and ID proofs, are stored securely in the company database.
Data is never shared or sold for any personal, private, or company gain.
Amar Akbar Anthony Ayurveda Kendra partners with Gati Technology to manage its software systems and storage.
The company is not responsible for data leaks caused by user-end devices, internet security issues, or misuse by the distributor.
11. Software and Technology Use
The company’s online system and distributor management software are designed and maintained by Gati Technology, Jaipur.
The service provider ensures stability, security, and proper functioning of the platform.
12. Termination Policy
The company holds the right to terminate or suspend any ID or franchise for:
Misrepresentation or fraud.
Violation of legal or company policies.
Spreading false information or defaming the brand.
Prolonged inactivity or misuse of system credentials.
Upon termination, pending income is forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
13. Legal Disclaimer
All products marketed by Amar Akbar Anthony Ayurveda Kendra are Ayurvedic formulations based on herbal and natural ingredients.
These products are not intended to replace medical advice or cure diseases.
Users are advised to consult qualified professionals for health-related issues.
The company shall not be liable for misuse, improper storage, or adverse effects due to individual body conditions.
14. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
All matters and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bulandshahr Courts, Uttar Pradesh.
The applicable law shall be the legal provisions of India.
Annexure A: Product & ID Value Chart
Joining amount: ₹2500
Product value received: ₹3750
Includes Ayurvedic and wellness products and access to system tools, support, and plans.
Annexure B: Reward Structure and Criteria
Details of all rewards, required Gold counts, and equivalent value as stated under Section 7.
Annexure C: Payment and Payout Calculation
Example:
A distributor adds two new users (Left and Right) = 1 Star Income generated.
After 10 Star Incomes, promotion to Gold. Four incomes are deducted during Gold activation.
Blue Diamond achievers receive 1% CTO; Ambassador achievers receive 0.5% additional CTO.
