1. Offline Purchase
Customers can visit nearby franchise stores to purchase products directly. Both online and offline purchases include an official bill generated through the company’s system, ensuring transparency and authenticity.

2. Delivery via E-Courier Service
If you are not located near a franchise distributor, we provide an E-Courier Service option.

Please note:
- Delivery charges are borne by the customer.
- Once products are handed over to the courier, all responsibilities regarding transit, delay, or damage lie with the courier company.
- The company ensures that products are dispatched in perfect condition and with proper documentation.

3. Delivery via Franchise Distributor
If your location is near a company franchise distributor, your order will be delivered directly by our local franchise team.

The distributor ensures that:
- Products are delivered in proper condition.
- An official company bill is provided at the time of delivery.

4. Payment Policy
We follow a “First Money, Then Product” policy.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Full payment must be made before dispatch or handover of products.

5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must verify their shipping address and contact details before placing an order. The company will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
